Cancellation & Late Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointment times have been reserved specifically for you, if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session.
